The pressured water comes out in circular motions rather than a straight spray which helps you tackle more area than just a straight jet.
Add this to the extension wand, and you've got a great combo.
Cons:
This product does not allow you to adjust the pressure.
It will do many angles, but will not allow you to get 90 degrees.
